Where your donation goes

Ever wonder how our donations are put to work? Donations to the Foundation are primarily used to fund equipment purchases and capital projects such as upgrades and major maintenance work at our 24-hour care homes. Presently our primary focus is to replace one of our wheelchair accessible vans.

How The Auction Works

  • Items will be open for bidding on February 21.
  • You MUST create an account before you can bid, if you participated last year you’ll be prompted to update your password (best security practices) and click the ‘register’ button for this year’s auction.
  • Simply enter or increase the dollar amount you wish to bid, then click the ‘place bid’ button. Depending on item value the system will automatically set the next valid bid amount (increase by $1, $5 or $10) you may choose any value you like above the set bid increment.
  • You’ll be notified if you are outbid on an item.
  • You can create a watchlist of your items so if you go to My Account you can quickly see the latest actions.
  • We’ll email you when bidding is closing (6pm MST on March 1) so you can make any last minute bids to secure your winning position.
  • After closing, all winners will be emailed with a link to complete their payment.
  • If payment is not received or arranged within 3 business days, we will notify the second highest bidder that they are the winner.
  • All emails will come from kimc@beafisher.com, so please make sure you mark them as safe so you don’t miss any crucial information!

Payment Options

We offer PayPal as an online payment option for this online fundraiser- which means if you are the winning bid (hooray!) you will have the option to pay via your own PayPal account, or you can use PayPal as a guest and pay with any major credit card. If you would prefer to make other arrangements please reach out to Kim Crockett (details below).
